before you start to write you will want to outline a writing schedule for yourself

Try to get as many ideas that you can down on paper because it’s likely that one of these ideas will be the one that makes you say, “Aha!”

Don’t be afraid to document ideas that you’re not even going to end up using

- What angle will your book take?
- How will your book be outlined? Why are you going to choose to outline it in this way

What will the tone of your book be? How will you ensure that this tone will remain consistent throughout the whole book

Having an understanding of your own personal goals and mindset throughout the writing process will allow you to see your book with more objectivity
