    Many fast foods contain chemicals that are addictive and can contribute to a number of diseases, many of which are the common killers of our modern society. Besides the chemicals, most pre-packaged fast food has high sugar and/or salt content. Studies have shown that the higher a person’s intake of sugar, the higher their risk of obesity and diabetes.
