Something integral to our overall health is missing. Health care providers, educators, CEOs, and others in leadership positions often discuss the concept of «wellness” in an effort to treat disorders of the mind and body. Businesses may often spend excessive amounts of money on wellness practices. Surveys are often conducted to determine how one is functioning, but very little time is spent sharing our stories, communicating, and understanding each other in a deep and meaningful way. Engaging in meaningful discussions can address a deep longing in our souls. People must be properly armed with all the necessary information from physicians, professionals, and research. People also need information rooted in sound Catholic Christian doctrine, addressing the soul's needs.
By reading scripture, developing habits of consistent daily prayer, going to mass regularly, and frequently receiving the sacraments, and seeking the help and support of proper Catholic Christian counselors, people will likely be more empowered and able to discern God’s will and make choices more pleasing to Him.
