EGYPTIAN MYTHOLOGY



Egyptian mythology can be traced back to over 5000 years ago, before any mention of Jesus or Muhammed. Tales of Egyptian Gods and Goddesses, monsters, and the interactions they had with each other have been inscribed on pyramid walls, ancient scrolls, and stone pillars that are still marveled at today.


Mythology, much like modern religion, was used as a way to understand the world around the Ancient Egyptians in a way that their science could not yet explain, as well as to give the people of Ancient Egypt a sense of hope, a sense of justice, and a sense of both what happened before they were born and what will happen to them after they die.


This book discusses what life was like back in Ancient Egypt, while also detailing the many Gods, Goddesses, heroes, and monsters that make up their mythology!
