Natalie thought she had it all: a loving husband, a cozy home, and a thriving career as a freelance editor. But when her biggest client vanishes without a trace, her carefully constructed world begins to unravel. Left with mounting debt and shattered confidence, Natalie clings to David, her charming and supportive husband, for strength.

As Natalie searches for new work, a mysterious email arrives from a woman claiming to be the missing client's wife, Amanda. Driven by a need for answers, Natalie agrees to meet, only to find herself drawn into a web of secrets and unsettling revelations. Amanda believes her husband's disappearance is more sinister than a simple case of wanderlust, and the deeper Natalie digs, the more she questions everything she thought she knew.

Are some secrets better left buried?

The Client is a gripping suspense novel that explores the dark side of love, the fragility of trust, and the devastating consequences of a life built on lies.
