THE ILLUSION OF LIVING ON AUTOPILOT
Most people move through their days like they’re on autopilot, going through routines without really noticing what’s happening around them or inside them. This mechanical living disconnects us from the richness of the present moment, and we miss the beauty and depth of life unfolding. Real awakening starts when you realize how much of life you’ve been sleepwalking through — acting out patterns and reactions without awareness.
The challenge is to break out of this autopilot mode by gently bringing your attention back to the here and now.
