Snowdrift

'Snowdrift' is a romantic adventure novel starring the eponymous heroine and her lover, Carter Brent. Snowdrift was raised by a Native American tribe, and thought herself to be partly of their bloodline. One day, she encountered Brent, an alcoholic and gambler, who has a penchant for finding gold (and losing it right away due to his vices).
