Bill Moore was born in Washington, North Carolina on the Pamlico sound. After a military stint, he resided in Brooklyn, and also St Albans, N.Y. for many years. He moved to Virginia, where he attended college, graduating with honors.
Next came a brief period of teaching academics in the penal system before retiring. Boredom brought on the idea of writing, particularly private detective genre.
So here we are.
