Do you want to feel better as you age whether or not you have a chronic illness?

Are you ready to change your own life by spending more time outside close to grass, trees, and shrubs?

Discovering this striking research on nature's benefits changed my life. I found evidence of the game changing qualities of green space in the fields of physics, biology, chemistry, neuroscience, urban planning, forestry medicine, botany, ecology, geometry, and psychology. At first I did this research for me, but it was too good not to share.

In this book I tell my story, including the urban green space research and practical tips that I learned along the way. This book (and companion workbook) will save you time, effort, and frustration so you too can feel better than ever as you age, with or without chronic illness - whether you live in the city or the country.
