In a village where everyone works so hard at a factory, they have forgotten how to dream, an old man with a magic hat gives away free dreams to them on their way home at night. He teaches a young boy how to use the dream hat. The evil owner of the factory wants to steal the hat to sell dreams to the villagers. This leads to a mad chase into the Forever Forest where the little boy meets odd people and learns the secret of The Dream Hat. The book is narrated by the author Gene Hamm and features voices by Julie (Catwoman)Newmar, Samantha Lane, Ted Smith and Gene Hamm. It also features 17 original songs written and performed by Gene Hamm.
