George Beebe is Director of Grand Strategy at the Quincy Institute, he was formerly the director of the CIA’s Russia analysis unit, and he worked as a staff advisor on Russia matters to Vice President Cheney. He joins us to analyze the progress of the war in Ukraine with special emphasis paid to the threat of nuclear weapons ... a threat he worries is being ignored.
