The village is screaming for a slaughter, but the dragon is busy searching for a rhyme. High on the silent, snowy Downs, a young boy discovers a secret that defies every legend: a massive, turquoise-scaled dragon who has more in common with a library than a battlefield. This isn't a "bloodthirsty beast," but a peace-loving bohemian who purrs like a giant cat and prefers tea and sonnets to terrorizing the countryside. He doesn't want to rampage; he just wants an audience for his poetry. But the world demands a monster. The peace is shattered when the village calls in St. George, the legendary dragon-slayer, to rid them of their "deadly foe." The townspeople are thirsty for a bloodbath, and the Saint has a reputation to uphold. To save his friend’s head, the Boy must choreograph a daring, high-stakes deception that satisfies the mob without shedding a single drop of blue blood. Can a boy outsmart a legend to save a monster who never was one? Press play now and experience the wit and wonder of this timeless classic!
