📝 Will it be an anticlimax when I hit my goal weight? I had to ask myself this when I realised I was back at my Weight Watchers goal weight from 2010. Will it feel different this time around knowing that my weight won't immediately start to creep up again and because the journey has been far more than weight loss and more about personal discovery and feeling good?
